Most advanced Roomba, are ranked base on many features. We have listed and explained so of the most advanced Roomba currently trending, and good for the money.

iRobot Roomba S9+

The latest addition to the iRobot range, the Roomba S9 + builds on innovations introduced in the Roomba i7+ last year. The S9+ received an Editor’s Choice Award from us. Like the i7+, the S9 series is also available with or without the iRobot Cool Clean Base charging station and self-emptying dust container. There’s also a new D-shaped body and an improved brush design that promises better cleaning of edges and corners, while increasing suction power by forty times compared to the Roomba 600 series. You also benefit from smart mapping. This allows you to select individual rooms for cleaning (as well as entire floors) and a unique anti-allergic system – according to iRobot, a first for robot vacuum cleaners that are supposed to collect dust and pollen.

iRobot Roomba 960

The Roomba 960 model strikes the middle ground between the capabilities of Roomba and the pricing of Roomba. So you get an intelligent cleaning robot at medium prices (for Roombas also as middle class). The model features iRobot’s three-stage vacuum and brush system, which is equipped with rubber brushes for cleaning hard floors and low carpets. The brushes flex to make sure they’re always at floor level, and the vacuum system is five times more powerful than older Roomba models. Meanwhile, the filter is designed to capture 99% of all dust and allergens (although it’s a good idea to always have spare filters on hand if you use your Roomba frequently).

Roomba offers a wide range of smart navigation features, including automatic 75-minute battery charging. However, it also has a virtual wall barrier that you can set up to divide certain rooms if there is a place you don’t want the device to go. Programming through the Advanced Roomba app is great, but you can also voice control your Roomba if you have an Echo device around the house.

iRobot Roomba i7+

The 2018 Roomba i7+ won the Editor’s Choice Award from Digital Trends and remains a great choice despite the introduction of this year’s Roomba S9+. It was the first robotic vacuum to introduce a self-cleaning dust container in addition to intelligent room allocation, a state-of-the-art motor with improved suction, durable brushes and an improved processor. If you choose the Clean Base charging station, consider adding replaceable iRobot dust bags to your shopping list every few months. However, the i7+ is a worthwhile investment for those looking to fully automate vacuuming.

iRobot Roomba 614

If you like the idea of Roomba running around your house but don’t like the price of the big iRobot models, don’t worry, there’s a robotic vacuum for you! The Roomba 614 costs well under $ 300 and has several solid features. Keep an eye out for sales, and you might find them available for less than $200. Of course, there are compromises. The double multi-surface brushes and sensor navigation help this affordable model to clean your home by itself. However, the suction power is drastically reduced so this robot may no longer be the best choice for carpets or thick rugs. The entry-level vacuum cleaner also lacks app control and the integration of Alexa/Google Assistant.

iRobot Roomba e5

The Roomba e5 is a solid mid-range choice. It’s especially good for picking up pet hair with a combination of strong suction and two rubber brushes that work just as well on carpets as they do on wooden floors. It includes a selection of Roomba’s innovative features including automatic charging, a full line of sensors, and compatibility with Alexa and Google Assistant. This is all the more impressive given that the price for a Roomba model is very reasonable. The battery lasts about 90 minutes on a hard surface. If you have pets and lots of hardwood that you want to keep clean and you don’t have a pet hair dust bunny, this is a great and affordable model.

iRobot Braava Jet m6

The entry-level Braava 380t and Braava Jet 240 were iRobot’s first attempt at stand-alone floor cleaning, and were positive additions, although regular cleaning solution and a little extra work needed to fill up and set up the accompaniment of the NorthStar navigation cubes.

The Braava Jet m6 solves some of the problems and drawbacks that held these first-generation lines back. There is a new design, improved maps and navigation technology with individual room selection as well as improved edge and corner cleaning. The Braava Jet m6 also detects when the battery is empty, returns to the charger and continues cleaning at the same point. App control and compatibility with Alexa and Google Assistant are also included in the update. If you also have a Roomba i7 or S9, you can set up your robot army to clean them one by one – vacuum wipe. While the new model supports both wet cleaning and dry cleaning, you still need to invest regularly in iRobot’s disposable cleaning pads to get the best performance.
